Jesh is a Senior Broker for commercial and industrial property. His career in property, business leadership and consultancy spans several decades, bringing a wealth of experience to the team.

Having spent 25 years as a business owner, Jesh understands what business owners need – especially when it comes to their optimal use of real estate. Jesh uses this experience to think strategically when working with clients; analysing the future needs of a business and providing property-related advice that can help drive operating efficiency improvements and business growth.

Jesh’s extensive commercial experience also enables him to quickly put together a shortlist of businesses which would make ideal tenants for clients’ commercial space. He takes a long-term view when matching landlords and tenants, with the aim of building happy, enduring relationships between clients and their occupiers. This has also helped Jesh gain the ongoing trust and confidence of his clients, some of whom he has worked with for many years.

Outside of work, Jesh enjoys assisting various charities at a Trustee level and heading into the great outdoors for trekking, with Everest being his most memorable experience.
