I want to thank David Turner for the efforts of his team in helping to arrange a premise at such short notice, and the subsequent management of the remedial works required by ourselves to enable completion of a lease agreement.

The efforts the team went to in order to ascertain our needs and identify suitable premises to meet some challenging criteria, and management of the needs from both a landlord and tenant perspective, were notable. The support and response of the team have been fantastic.

After managing our commercial property for six years, we had reached breaking point with a difficult tenant that owed us a considerable amount of money.

A business and I have 8 Workshop Units in Takanini, which we built and managed from the beginning.. About a year ago, as we are getting a little older and looking toward more playtime, we decided to look at getting a Property Manager to take over the running of the property. I want to personally thank Daniel Speck for his huge effort to lease my property at 182 McLeod Road. He worked tirelessly through the Xmas/New Year period to introduce prospective tenants. When a tenant didn’t quite fit, he would endeavour to find solutions.
