Commercial Realty has been working with me for several years, both leasing and setting rent reviews with tenants, for our portfolio of commercial buildings. David’s professional assistance and approach has been exemplary in all ways. We first met David Turner from Commercial Realty in 1997 where we bought, and a few years later sold, a unit situated in Highbrook. Since then, TVH have bought two more units through David and have also leased another warehouse in the same block. David also sold both these units, 8 years later.

More recently David was instrumental in helping TVH with a large design build project in Lady Ruby Drive, East Tamaki. We have found David to be of good character and honest with his knowledge in the East Tamaki Industrial market. We have been dealing with Adam Ward and we would like to share our experience with you. He truly is an asset to your company. We haven’t met such an honest and patient real estate agent. Normally they try to pressure and majority of the time don’t have time and judge the buyers. Adam did not do that and he has always been available no matter what.
