Mark was involved in the sale of our property at 9 Diversey Lane in Wiri, Auckland.
After putting in place an effective sales and marketing plan, and also utilising his existing pool of investors, we were presented with multiple offers close to our expectations. On further negotiations, Mark managed to convince the buyer to increase their price to a level at which we all agreed. The sale was complicated by the existing tenants first right of renewal to buy. Mark managed this relationship and the other buyer’s expectations with complete professionalism and ensured there was complete transparency throughout the process which was in everyone’s interest and paramount to a successful outcome. Eventually the tenant purchased the property for which we were very happy with the result.

Mark was recently involved in sub-leasing our premises. It was a tricky lease negotiation with a number of parties involved. Mark's communication, honesty and experience in property really shone through as he pulled the deal together. We first met David Turner from Commercial Realty in 1997 where we bought, and a few years later sold, a unit situated in Highbrook. Since then, TVH have bought two more units through David and have also leased another warehouse in the same block. David also sold both these units, 8 years later.
More recently David was instrumental in helping TVH with a large design build project in Lady Ruby Drive, East Tamaki. We have found David to be of good character and honest with his knowledge in the East Tamaki Industrial market. I recently enlisted Daniel as a leasing agent to find a new tenant for my property in East Tamaki.
My property is somewhat tricky to lease as it is a small Live/work commercial property, this combined with a sluggish market at the time proved to be challenging. But this did not deter Daniel, he came up with a marketing plan and stuck with it, being resolute in his belief that a good quality tenant would come along and pay the asking rent.
