We will monitor all repairs to ensure they are cost effective and completed to a high standard. We also put in place regular maintenance programs for your property to ensure that the building and its services are properly maintained.
We will review your property and either provide you with a new operating expenses budget, or update an existing one, to ensure that your property is properly managed and maintained. We will ensure that you receive regular monthly payments from your tenant for these and carry out the annual reconciliation to ensure that any shortfall is collected.
We can take the stress away from compliance requirements. We will ensure that all the required maintenance and inspections are done to ensure that your Building Warrant of Fitness is always up to date.
