Penrose consists of a wide range of industrial users. Penrose is constrained by the availability of development land but has excellent access to State Highway 1 and is located within 13kms of both the Auckland CBD, Ports of Auckland and Auckland International Airport.
Kerry has been involved in the real estate market since 1987, giving him the honor of being the team member who has been in the industry the longest. He predominantly focuses on the Airport Precinct, Manukau, Onehunga, Penrose and Mt Wellington areas.
He has a wide range of clients that he has worked with over the years and prides himself on his ability to do a good job and achieves a high volume of repeat business. Kerry does this by making a positive contribution on every transaction he deals with. As each business is unique, he takes the time to get a get a good understanding of their requirements. Using his extensive experience, he then works with them to find the best solutions for their properties. Prior to Real Estate, Kerry was a town planner and this experience has proved invaluable.
As a Director of Commercial Realty he strongly believes in getting people who have energy, initiative, and friendly personalities on the team. He believes in building a strong team spirit where information is shared, people are flexible and trust is fostered. This is certainly true at Commercial Realty.
Kerry and wife Gail find life pretty busy. He tries to stay fit by participating in a variety of activities. Kerry is also a supporter of the St John Green Team.
Mark is our expert on commercial and industrial properties throughout the South Auckland market, and has transacted some significant leasing and sales within the area. Since joining the real estate industry in 2001, Mark has been Associate Director at CBRE South Auckland, and has held various asset and development roles within Macquarie Goodman (Sydney) and Goodman Property (Auckland).
Mark joined Commercial Realty in 2016 as a Director. Since then, his experience in business development, passion for property, and his enjoyment in nurturing the organisation’s growth have helped to create a culture where the team is fully supported and encouraged to grow. Instead of working in an environment focused on volume, he encourages our agents to take the time to get to know their customers and deliver the best results possible.
Having experienced the challenges of being a business and property owner, and now as director of Commercial Realty, Mark has an in-depth understanding of his client’s needs. He is also very skilled at negotiation and problem solving which adds considerable value throughout a property transaction.
Mark and his wife own a high country farm in Marlborough. He appreciates the opportunity to go south, head up into the hills and chase a few stags.
