Mark is our expert on commercial and industrial properties throughout the South Auckland market, and has transacted some significant leasing and sales within the area. Since joining the real estate industry in 2001, Mark has been Associate Director at CBRE South Auckland, and has held various asset and development roles within Macquarie Goodman (Sydney) and Goodman Property (Auckland).
Mark joined Commercial Realty in 2016 as a Director. Since then, his experience in business development, passion for property, and his enjoyment in nurturing the organisation’s growth have helped to create a culture where the team is fully supported and encouraged to grow. Instead of working in an environment focused on volume, he encourages our agents to take the time to get to know their customers and deliver the best results possible.
Having experienced the challenges of being a business and property owner, and now as director of Commercial Realty, Mark has an in-depth understanding of his client’s needs. He is also very skilled at negotiation and problem solving which adds considerable value throughout a property transaction.
Mark and his wife own a high country farm in Marlborough. He appreciates the opportunity to go south, head up into the hills and chase a few stags.
