By joining the Commercial Realty Team, Lincoln continues to develop his interest in property. He enjoys the team spirit, co-operative environment and professional approach adopted at the company.

Lincoln is a family man who is actively involved with his three children’s favorite sport Athletics. He is currently Chairman at Pakuranga Senior Track & Field Athletic Club and selector for Counties Athletics.

Kerry has been involved in the real estate market since 1987, giving him the honor of being the team member who has been in the industry the longest. He predominantly focuses on the Airport Precinct, Manukau, Onehunga, Penrose and Mt Wellington areas.

He has a wide range of clients that he has worked with over the years and prides himself on his ability to do a good job and achieves a high volume of repeat business. Kerry does this by making a positive contribution on every transaction he deals with. As each business is unique, he takes the time to get a get a good understanding of their requirements. Using his extensive experience, he then works with them to find the best solutions for their properties. Prior to Real Estate, Kerry was a town planner and this experience has proved invaluable.

As a Director of Commercial Realty he strongly believes in getting people who have energy, initiative, and friendly personalities on the team. He believes in building a strong team spirit where information is shared, people are flexible and trust is fostered. This is certainly true at Commercial Realty.

Kerry and wife Gail find life pretty busy. He tries to stay fit by participating in a variety of activities. Kerry is also a supporter of the St John Green Team.
