Lincoln primarily works in the East Tamaki area. He has spent several years working in the area and knows it well.

Lincoln is an owner of commercial properties throughout East Tamaki and has successively bought and sold properties over the last twelve years. He has experience in working with tenants from a landlord’s perspective and has found that working alongside clients gets the best results.

Lincoln is a family man who is actively involved with his three children’s favorite sport Athletics. He is currently Chairman at Pakuranga Senior Track & Field Athletic Club and selector for Counties Athletics.

Kerry has been involved in the real estate market since 1987, giving him the honor of being the team member who has been in the industry the longest. He predominantly focuses on the Airport Precinct, Manukau, Onehunga, Penrose and Mt Wellington areas.

He has a wide range of clients that he has worked with over the years and prides himself on his ability to do a good job and achieves a high volume of repeat business. Kerry does this by making a positive contribution on every transaction he deals with. As each business is unique, he takes the time to get a get a good understanding of their requirements. Using his extensive experience, he then works with them to find the best solutions for their properties. Prior to Real Estate, Kerry was a town planner and this experience has proved invaluable.

As a Director of Commercial Realty he strongly believes in getting people who have energy, initiative, and friendly personalities on the team. Kerry and wife Gail find life pretty busy. He tries to stay fit by participating in a variety of activities. Kerry is also a supporter of the St John Green Team.

David has been involved in the property market since 1996. He has developed an impressive knowledge of properties throughout South Auckland, especially in the East Tamaki area. He is an owner of several large commercial properties himself, and has helped clients with a wide range of requirements find the right commercial and industrial properties. It’s a challenge to ask him a property question that he doesn’t know the answer to. David is a committed family man who loves spending time with his wife, and three children, on their lifestyle block in Karaka. He is fascinated by animal husbandry, and enjoys rearing cattle. It keeps the family busy though, as at certain times of year they can be rearing up to 100 calves on the property. He is also a senior steward at the Auckland trotting club.
