How It Works:
Referral Fee - When you introduce a new property or client to Commercial Realty Limited, you’ll receive a referral fee equivalent to 10% of the annual management fee.
Here’s an example:
• Net annual rent: $200,000 + GST
• Management fee: 5% + GST
• Referral fee calculation: $200,000 x 5% = $10,000 x 10% = $1,000 + GST
Terms & Conditions
· The referral fee is payable once we receive the end of the fourth month’s management fee, when the management contract is unconditional.
· Management fee percentages may vary depending on the property, rent, services required, and client agreement.
· The minimum management term for properties referred is no less than the agreed standard term.
Confidentiality Matters
By submitting a referral, agents confirm they have obtained permission from the property owner to share their details with Commercial Realty Limited. All referrals are treated with the utmost confidentiality.
