Get to Know Your Property Managers - Interview with Annalise and Lisa

How long have you been at Commercial Realty?

Annalise: Nearly 4 years

Lisa: A short yet sweet 2 months.

Describe yourself in three words?

Annalise: Loyal, Dependable, Empathetic

Lisa: Direct, Outgoing, Spontaneous

What is your favourite part about being a Property Manager?

Annalise: I love that every day is different, meeting lots of people and working with so many different businesses. Overall, I love being a part of the property lifecycle.

Lisa: I haven’t been at CR for long but I’m excited about working with Annalise and learning more about the property industry from the inside out, as a newly registered property agent.

How do you like to spend your time outside of work?

Annalise: I love to spend time on my side business making candles and other crafts, plus the obvious things like eating out with friends and travelling the country.

Lisa: I love a food festival and live music events.

What is something you’re looking forward to?

Annalise: We are currently updating our office, so I am excited to see the completion of that so we can welcome our clients into our new space. Here is a little sneak peak of the new PM office.

Lisa: My dad is a pilot so I grew up travelling. I'm really looking forward to international travel opening back up.

What is your secret skill?

Annalise: I’m quite the tech wiz if I say so myself.

Lisa: I also do some flying on the side out at Ardmore. I really enjoy it as a hobby.

Do you think you would be happiest living in the city or countryside?

Annalise: Always the city, I love the hustle and bustle of city life.

Lisa: Can the countryside be in Italy? Then definitely there.

Why is dealing with Commercial Realty better than large scale corporates?

Annalise: We enjoy building relationships with our clients, both professionally and personally. Just last weekend we delivered firewood to one of our longstanding clients just in time for the colder months. We are ready and willing to go the extra mile.

Lisa: I think we are a great balance. One of us will always be around to help in any situation, and that dependability minimizes the stress of owning property, leaving time for the fun things
