Responsibilities will include:

Liaising with property owners to ensure the best possible outcomes for their investment.
Liaising with tenants, responding in a timely manner to all maintenance issues.
Actively prospecting for new property owners to grow our property management business.
Using MRI Vision Property Management software to deliver a comprehensive service to our clients.
Working alongside the Property Manager, assisting him with day to day tasks and learning the commercial property management business.

Ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

You will be a proactive go getter - working to grow our business and your own earnings.
A team player who will liaise closely with our Industrial Commercial Consultants and follow up leads.
Effective communicator – with property owners, tenants and trade contractors.
Efficient time management and diary keeping – ensuring tasks are completed on time.
You will need to provide your own vehicle.
Will possess a Bachelor of Property.

What we offer the successful candidate:

Training will be provided in all aspects of commercial property management.
The position has a base salary with the opportunity to increase earnings on a commission basis when new clients are brought aboard.
Listing fees will be applicable for referrals for sales and new leases to our Industrial Commercial Consultants.
Opportunity to work closely with the Directors of the business.
