Who We Are
Commercial Realty was first established in 1989 and is an all services Auckland based commercial real estate business. We provide a range of services including Property Management, Investment Sales, and Leasing. We manage a variety of commercial, industrial, and retail properties.
Our tenants range from large industrial companies to smaller enterprises. We pride ourselves on our wide network of tenants all around Auckland.

Rent Reviews
Our property managers have extensive industry experience and access to market information to take care of the negotiation for you at no extra cost. We ensure that where possible you are able to both maintain and grow your returns and property value.
Rent and Arrears Collection
We have a dedicated Trust Account to collect rent and OPEX. Our robust systems ensure we are quick to follow up on any rental arrears. We can produce detailed reports on a regular basis outlining any overdue arrears and upcoming payments.
Repairs and Maintenance
We have a database of contractors that we have established relationships with who can action repairs on short notice. We will monitor all repairs to ensure they are cost effective and completed to a high standard. We also put in place regular maintenance programs for your property to ensure that the building and its services are properly maintained.
Operating Expense Management
We will review your property and either provide you with a new operating expenses budget, or update an existing one, to ensure that your property is properly managed and maintained. We will ensure that you receive regular monthly payments from your tenant for these and carry out the annual reconciliation to ensure that any shortfall is collected.
Compliance
We can take the stress away from compliance requirements. We will ensure that all the required maintenance and inspections are done to ensure that your Building Warrant of Fitness is always up to date.
